West Point Parents Club of North Carolina
Supporting the protectors of our freedom
Welcome North Carolina Parents!
Join us as we support the four-year wonderful journey of our sons’ and daughters’ commitment to West Point and the Nation.
The West Point Parents Club of North Carolina is divided into seven zones, this allows for local meetings that are “closer to home.” The zones are determined by your zip code, if a different zone is more convenient for you, then by all means join with that group. We want you to be a part of the club and encourage all of you to join. It is important that West Point know that we are working at the local level to support the academy and our cadets.
Please keep all of our graduates and soldiers in your thoughts and prayers.
Our Mission
Class of 2025
Don Your Rings!
On August 23rd, the Class of 2025 reached another exciting milestone as they marched onto The Plain to partake in the time-honored tradition of receiving their class rings. Following the ceremony, eager Plebes can be seen reciting the famous Ring Poop: “Oh my God, Sir/Ma’am, what a beautiful ring, what a crass mass of brass and glass….”
Before graduation, the ring is worn with the class crest facing the heart, symbolizing loyalty to their peers. After graduation, the academy crest faces inward, representing their lifelong bond with the institution.
Since the Class of 2002, the Memorial Class Ring Program has been in place, allowing gold from donated rings of previous classes to be incorporated into the new rings. This program forges a tangible and symbolic link within the Long Gray Line, connecting generations of graduates.
Ring Weekend marks a pivotal moment, honoring Firsties as they embark on their final year at the United States Military Academy.
Congratulations to the Class of 2025!
